FedPay contributors come first
People who have already helped FedPay by emailing us receive first priority when we review Voices submissions. It is one way we can recognize the time, knowledge, and care they have already shared with this community.
If you have contributed before, email from the same address when possible or briefly remind us how you helped.
What counts as a contribution?

Your voice remains yours. FedPay provides a platform and editorial support, not a script.
- You may praise, question, or criticize Government of Canada pay or FedPay itself.
- We edit for clarity, accuracy, safety, and readability—not to change your point of view.
- Current public servants may publish under their full name, first name, or a pseudonym.
- We do not publish confidential information, identifying details about colleagues, personal attacks, or unsupported accusations.
- Every piece is labelled Community Voice / Opinion and makes clear that the views belong to its author.
